Republic Commando squads consists of 4 people, practically brother-in-arms, working together to suceed and excel at everything they do. If someone were to get within Delta Squad, they would be set under a Tier System to progress throughout their training. They start at Tier 1 and work their way to progressively more difficult training stages until they reach Tier 3. Throughout their experience, they run daily physical training covering many subjects, including PassiveRP information, Climb SWEP [i](if available)[/i], and other combat techniques.[/b][/color][/b] [color=#c0392b][b][b]Besides training, I make sure that my Squadmates stay organized, serious, and quiet, above all. They are allowed to talk, of course, but I want them to present a serious atmosphere wherever they go. RC shouldn’t be run by a group of minges who have no respect for the job. +1 Reasoning: Blitzkrieg is the best fit for this position. Let me tell you why Experience Commanding ability Skill Although RC is regarded by some to be the best of the best. I feel like most people that lead RC make it unfair and almost blatantly impossible to join said RC. Blitz is not like that, his training can be difficult and hard but not unfair and impossible, the reason this is a good thing is because the RC are not super soldiers. They cannot survive everything. Blitz also has the most experienced in the entire server when it comes to the republic commandos especially those of Delta. Blitz is a great leader, he knows how to use the republic commandos to their full potential. he knows how to deal with 90% of the combat situations I'm sure you could give him. Last but not least, his skill with the weapons of Delta, in general, he could win 90% of the battles you could throw at him fairly. Even though unfair battles he will continue to fight and win.
