I should be selected over other applicants due to my vast experiences as Special Operations Forces and my ability to communicate within my battalion I also already know the mission statement of the 41st. I also already have training premade for them including dupe SIMs live fire as well as skill work which will encompass key things such as movement, spotting, range time on a static and moving range, climb swep and grapple hook and environment work to be able to operate within different environments. I'm also active on the server and I am also not always a rigid commanding officer while I will be rigid I'm open to hear my troopers opinions and thoughts. How will you lead you Battalion: This Battalion seems to be one that can be treated seriously and with my past experience's in SWRP i think that creating an organized and determined group of players can create a battalion that can fill a void that players want filled. besides that the role that they fill is one that allows for interesting and challenging play styles and my form of leadership . in all seriousness the battalion is a challenge that i want to rise to and i think players will enjoy my version of the 41st and i would love the opportunity to give them that.
