This is needed: Yes -Stage 2- Why do you want to be a member of our staff team?:Well Honestly, the reason I want to be a staff member for this server is because for a long time now I have wanted a server that I can enjoy and have fun on, and with the past few months of pretty bad Gmod servers, and really bad owners,  I decided I wanted to take an investment into Doppler's server, I enjoyed myself when the EN rebirth came out and never had an issue, and if i can help rebuild that experience, I would love to do so. What skills make you a good staff member?: There are a lot of skill necessary to be a good staff member, you have to be unbiased, you have to hear both sides of the story in order to make a clear decision, level-headed in heated situations, because players can get angry and start yelling, you have to remain calm and handle the situation appropriately, otherwise you may leave a bad opinion within the community and you have to be friendly, because if the players of the community have a bad enough experience with a staff member can drive away players from the community. What is your duty as a staff member?: As a staff member your duty is to help the community, most of the time, as a staff member you will be helping players of the community with small problems or questions they will have, a few examples could be where something is located, or helping someone get unstuck, your secondary duty is to uphold the rules and deal a suitable reprimand to the player based on how severe they broke the rules, most times it will just end in a warning. Past Experiences: I was an Owner and Co-owner of two different SWRP servers that has since went down due to lack of players, , I have been a Senior Admin on Reborn Gaming, Admin on TWM, Moderator on Zepher Roleplay, I have been a Moderator on a lot of different servers so its hard to remember them all, that is what i could remember for the time being. Are you seriously involved with another community?: No Do you plan on being seriously involved with this community?: I plan to be on Daily for a few hours. -Stage 3- Please give an example of the following. Misuse of a bodygroup: Using the Visor while the trooper's helmet is removed, and using a kama as a private FailRP: Talking out-of-character, while in a rp-scenario or chat. MetaRP/Gaming: Using information that was out-of-character or before you were killed to gain an advantage. Minge: Someone who joins a server with no intent to roleplay, and just wants to overall annoy people. RDM: Random Deathmatch, or basically killing without a valid reason.  MassRDM: basically killing a group of people (3+) without a valid reason.  Mic Spam: When someone is just screaming into the mic for no reason, or is playing music through their mic. Chat Spam: when someone is spamming messages in the text chat. -Stage 5- What do you do if a higher up is abusing their powers: Well depending on how high they are in the chain of command you can always report it to their superior. What steps do you take to enforce the rules: Well you usually start off with a couple warnings, then a kick from the server, then a ban for a few hours/days, and then usually a perma-ban which will rarely happen.
